Chess Club In-Person
Children age 6 - 12 years old, are invited to join the Chester County Library Chess Club! Learn how to play chess, play with kids your own age or skill level, or work on strategy at weekly meetings with Coach Jack! Players of all levels, beginners and up, are welcome!
The Chess Club meets on Thursdays in the Children's Department from 5:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
Registration is preferred. All caregivers and children MUST check in at the Children's Desk.
This is a first come, first served program, as space allows.
Caregivers must remain in the Children's area with their with child during the program.
When you register for an event, we are holding a spot for you. If your schedule changes and you cannot attend, please let us know so we can open your spot to someone else.
Chess Club supports PA Forward Basic Literacy.
