Self-Care for Newer Dads

Self-Care for Newer Dads In-Person / Online

Are you a new dad with a child or children ages 5 or younger looking for resources? This program provides a space for support, education, and peer connections and aims to allow dads (or non-gestational parents/birth partners) to be more vulnerable and reach out for help when needed.

Registration is required for in person or virtual attendance. This event will be capped at 10 participants. Babies are welcome!

Scott Bragg is a Licensed Professional Counselor with twenty years of experience working with the severe and persistent mentally ill population. He is also a certified drug and alcohol counselor, and he recently completed 15 credit hours of advanced training for Paternal Perinatal Mental Health through Postpartum Support International (PSI).

This program fulfills PA Forward's Health Literacy: "The ability to make informed decision about physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual health for yourself and others in your care."
