Saturday Mini Makers: Build and Code with LEGO® Education SPIKE™ Essential In-Person
Jump into the world of building and coding with the LEGO® Education SPIKE™ Essential Set! In this hands-on workshop, kids in grades 1-5 will create fun and interactive projects using LEGO® bricks, motors, and sensors. They'll learn the basics of programming by bringing their creations to life with simple coding challenges. This engaging session helps develop problem-solving skills, creativity, and teamwork, all while having fun with LEGO! No prior experience needed—just bring your imagination and get ready to build, code, and explore.
This program supports Information Literacy as defined by the PA Foward Star Program.
Please note: Children under eleven must be under the direct supervision of a responsible caregiver (at least 16 years of age) at all times while on Library premises, pursuant to the Library’s Policy on Unattended Children.
