Child/Caregiver Yoga In-Person

For AGES birth to 18 months: This class is focused on learning Baby Yoga exercises to strengthen growing muscles, aid in digestion, promote better sleeping patterns, and help your infant towards their next stage of development. Caregivers will help their little ones into yoga poses and developmental exercises as we sing, dance and play! We'll make tummy time fun, work on brain development skills, as well and build strength for sitting, scooting, crawling and walking. Moms, Dads and caregivers are welcome!

Registration opens November 1st.

Instructor: Caroline Young, M.A., CCC-SLP, RYT-200 

About Caroline: Caroline is a pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist and certified Yoga Instructor located in West Chester, PA and Main Line suburbs. In 2022, Caroline completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training. Since then, she has completed trainings to become certified in teaching Kids Yoga, Baby Yoga, and Prenatal Yoga. Her passion for movement, mindfulness and connecting with children/families has led her to developing a Kids Yoga Program, Flow and Grow Yoga. Caroline's background as a Speech Therapist, working primarily with children, has provided a strong foundation for teaching Kids Yoga. Finding creative ways to enhance communication skills and inspire children to learn and grow through yoga brings her JOY!
