Spotting Neurodivergence in the Wild: A Guide to our Differently Wired Kids

Spotting Neurodivergence in the Wild: A Guide to our Differently Wired Kids In-Person

This workshop will focus on broader neurodiversity and how neurodivergent and neurotypical students differ.  When we ground our work with kids in neuropsychology, our understanding of our students’ behaviors, social skills, learning styles, and emotional regulation drastically changes for the better.  Neurodivergence is both a vital lens to see our kids through, but it also represents a broader social justice movement that extends far beyond the classroom.  When we meet our kids where they are and work with them to build their strengths and develop their weaknesses, they not only feel better, but they do better too.

This program is lead by Dr. Matthew Zakreski and Jake Noonan from The Neurodiversity Collective. The NDC supports clients who seek to understand their neurodivergence and how to use it effectively in the real-world.

Registration Required.
