Chair Yoga In-Person
This class is a trial class intended to gauge interest in a weekly offering for the fall.
This chair assisted yoga class uses three different positions on a sturdy chair as well as blocks to navigate a range of positions that begin with breath work, gentle spinal movements, joint opening, strength exercises, balance, and ending with a meditative release. Chair yoga can improve range of motion, balance and anxiety with a consistent practice.
$5/session.
Bring your mat and water bottle.
This program fulfills PA Forward's Health Literacy through nourishing "the ability to make informed decisions in relation to an individual’s physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual health."
