Pilates In-Person

Join us for an in-person series of Pilates! Pilates improves posture, core strength, balance, and flexibility. All ages and levels can participate since the class will be taught with modifications that allow for your specific ability. Pilates is a great way to improve your body, make new friends and have fun!

Registration required. This program is for adults ages 18 years and up. This program supports PA Forward's Civic and Social Literacy.
