Gentle Chair Yoga In-Person

Join registered yoga instructor, Cassie Quigley, for Gentle Chair Yoga:

an all-inclusive practice that uses a chair as a supportive tool in modified yoga poses.

Chair yoga gently stretches and strengthens key muscles while staying safe and respecting your body's limits. 

This is a monthly series and registration opens two weeks prior to the first class. Space is limited!

This series will run the last 2 Thursdays in April thru all 5 Thursdays in May!

Donations always appreciated as a way to offset program costs.
