People’s Light Presents "Illuminating Bayard Rustin" In-Person
Bayard Rustin, a West Chester native and chief organizer of the 1963 March on Washington, is celebrated in Illuminating Bayard Rustin, a project exploring his extraordinary life as an openly gay Civil Rights activist and advocate for nonviolent resistance through text and songs.
This event is made possible by a grant from a local grantor.
