Virtual: ESL Reading Circle Online
Is English your second language? Do you want to join a book club but feel uncomfortable with your English skills? Do you want to practice your reading and speaking skills in a fun and informal way? Join Mikki and Rebecca on Zoom for a welcoming and encouraging conversation in our reading circle. Meet others, practice your English, and enjoy some English literature.
Reading will be done aloud during the group meetings. You will not be required to read outside of the meetings or acquire the book on your own. Meetings will focus on pronunciation, vocabulary, reading comprehension, and discussion.
Registration is required. Registration will close 2 hours before the program starts. A Zoom link will be emailed to registrants 2 hours before the program starts. Make sure to check the email address you registered with to receive the link. You do not need a Zoom account to attend the virtual program.
