Ins and Outs of Wills & Power of Attorney

Ins and Outs of Wills & Power of Attorney In-Person

Being a senior can be anxiety-producing. This presentation will educate seniors on how to navigate the ins and outs of all that is going on. You will learn what a Guardianship is and when it's needed, as well as the processes that happen when you pass away both with a will and without. We'll also zero in on what happens to your spouse when you pass away. Finally, we'll look at what a Power of Attorney does, and what it does not do. There will be a Q&A portion at the end.

This is an in-person program at the library.

Space is limited, register today!

The presenter for this program is Jennifer Feld, Esq., a graduate of Penn State University and the Dickinson School of Law. For several years, she was a singer/songwriter and has songs she wrote and performed on Pandora Radio and Spotify. With that out of her system, she went back to law and now has years of experience administering estates, creating Wills, Powers of Attorney, and Guardianships.
