Sushumna Kriya Yoga is a Meditation practice designed to suit our needs of modern times to improve Physical, Emotional, Social and Spiritual Well-Being which can be practiced by all age groups.

When: Second Saturday of each Month, 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM

Bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothes.

Chairs are provided but feel free to bring a mat if you prefer to sit on the floor.
