SUMMARY:Prisoners of War during the American Revolution
DESCRIPTION:Both American and British forces struggled to figure out what 
 to do with captured soldiers and sailors throughout the American 
 Revolution. Many were sent to the infamous HMS Jersey\, the Newgate 
 Prison\, or to Camp Security.  Valley Forge also served as a prisoner of 
 war camp in December\, 1778 for a British army of 6\,000 men.  Learn what 
 happened to these soldiers and sailors when they arrived.
