Isha Yoga In-Person
Bring a yoga mat, loose comfortable clothes, and a meditation or some other kind of cushion if needed for additional comfort!
During the class, students will learn about the practice which involves yoga positions, chanting, breathing and meditation. Attendees will also have the chance to ask the teacher any questions.
Daily practice of Isha Kriya helps bring health, dynamism, peace, and well-being. It has the potential to transform the life of anyone willing to invest just 12 minutes a day. It is a powerful tool to cope with the hectic pace of modern life.
No prior experience with meditation is needed. It’s for ages 12+.
