Preschool Child + Adult Yoga In-Person
Preschool Child + Adult Yoga is a unique class infused with yoga poses and life lessons for kiddos (and their adults) on and off the mat. Designed for families with children 2-6 years old, this active and playful class uses songs, stories, and yoga movements to teach children how to self-regulate, move with confidence and be kind to themselves and others. This 30-minute practice is accessible for all and is offered for free to families in partnership with Exton's Zia Yoga & Wellness. Please bring a mat or towel for your family.
Registration required. Caregivers must remain with registered chidlren during the program.
Yoga Story Time supports PA Forward Health Literacy and Basic Literacy.
