Gentle Chair Yoga In-Person
Join registered yoga instructor, Cassie Quigley, for Gentle Chair Yoga:
an all-inclusive practice that uses a chair as a supportive tool in modified yoga poses.
Chair yoga gently stretches and strengthens key muscles while staying safe and respecting your body's limits.
This is a 4 week series and registration opens three weeks prior to the first class. Space is limited!
