Introduction to Mindfulness (A four-class series)

Introduction to Mindfulness (A four-class series) In-Person

Studies have shown that mindfulness practices can foster better focus, an increased sense of calm, decreased anxiety, improved impulse control, increased self-awareness, and much more! In this 4-week series, we’ll explore mindful listening, breathing, walking, paying attention to our thoughts and emotions, body awareness, loving-kindness, and gratitude. Join teacher Bernatte Smith for discussions on planning and sustaining a practice, topics from Real Happiness by Sharon Salzberg, the benefits of journaling, and how mindfulness can help us enjoy our lives more!

Registrants should be able to attend all four classes in the series.
