Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese practice proven to improve health, balance, and relaxation. The Tai Chi 24 form is the most widely practiced tai chi form worldwide. The 24 forms contain all the techniques of the longer Yang style 108 forms. It is for anyone interested in Tai Chi, maintaining good health, fall prevention, better balance, stress reduction, or chronic pain reduction.

Instructor Liz Wanner is trained in the TC24 and certified in Tai Chi for Arthritis and Falls Prevention, Tai Chi for Diabetes, Tai Chi Easy, Qigong for Health, Integral Qigong, and Medical Qigong. Liz is also certified in Kripalu Yoga, Yoga for Arthritis, Meditation, and Reiki. She has been teaching in the community for over 27 years.

This is a series of six classes on Zoom. By registering for one class, you are registering for the entire series. Please know that, in order to keep the class interactive, we are limiting the class size. Do not register if you are not able to attend most classes in the series. This class is for adults only.
