Discover what Guardianship is and when it's needed. Learn about the processes that occurs when you pass away, both with a will and without, and zero in on what happens to your spouse. Finally, examine what a Power of Attorney does, and what it does not.
Speaker Jennifer Feld, Esq. is a graduate of Penn State University and the Dickinson School of Law. For several years, she was a singer/songwriter and has songs she wrote and performed on Pandora Radio. With that out of her system, she went back to law and now has years of experience administering estates, creating Wills, Powers of Attorney, and Guardianships.
