Self-Care Practices for Quick Re-Set Online
People tend to be less likely to stop for self-care at moments when they need it most. The biggest reason is people feel like there is no time. This Zoom session provides a live experience with a spectrum of simple self-renewing activities ranging from a few seconds to a few minutes. Between activities, participants are encouraged to note their mental, emotional, and physical state before and after, and identify one or more of the practices that they could integrate into their lives when they need a quick re-set.
