Understanding Civil Protection Orders in Pennsylvania Online
October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month. This presentation will discuss the two kinds of protection orders in Pennsylvania, Protection From Abuse and Protection From Sexual Violence and Intimidation, to whom each applies, how they're obtained, what they accomplish, how they're enforced, and what a judge needs to hear in order to grant one.
