This special "Dare to Declare" event is acommunity-focused celebration commemorating the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence in 2026. This event features a public reading of the Declaration of Independence which includes reading the document to celebrate American freedom and our local history. There will also be books to check out, relating to 18th century history and life. This reading of the Declaration will be recorded and then posted to our social media and You Tube pages to be viewed at a later date as well. This program is part of our America 250 Celebrations! |

| Description: |
We will have a summer elementary science class with a Chemistry theme. This is a weekly class for four weeks, you can attend all four classes or just a single class. Stay tuned for a topic for each week. The class is only for elementary-aged students, please only register if your child is going into first through sixth grades. Parents are asked to stay in the library during the class, but don't have to attend the class with their child. There will not be class on July 20th, the final week will be July 27th.
