Title: Relaxation & Healing Through Getting to Know Ourselves
Date: Wednesday, May 8, 2024
Time: 8:00pm - 9:00pm
Presenter: Ying Studebaker
Audiences: Adults
Categories: Adults, Health, Virtual
Description:

This session meets on Zoom and complements the Zen Meditation on Saturdays.

Knowing one’s self is not easy because our mind is often occupied with reacting to the outer world. This weekly session is an appointment with ourselves to get to know our inner being. Guided meditation through the awareness of different parts of our body, awe of the miracle of how our bodies work, and how micro-organisms work together harmoniously. Healing occurs naturally when we are relaxed and connected with our true selves.

Please prepare a comfortable and quiet place to lie down with a blanket and your mobile device/computer nearby to hear the guided meditation.

Contact Ying at yingcns@gmail.com with any questions.
