Presenter: Ying Studebaker
Chester County Library System: Tredyffrin Library
Audiences: Adults
Categories: Adults, Health, Virtual
Registration: Registration is required for this event.
Description:

Knowing one’s self is not easy because our mind is often occupied with reacting to the outer world. This weekly session is an appointment with ourselves to get to know our inner being. Guided meditation through the awareness of different parts of our body, awe of the miracle of how our bodies work, and how micro-organisms work together harmoniously. Healing occurs naturally when we are relaxed and connected with our true selves.

Please prepare a comfortable and quiet place to lie down with a blanket and your mobile device/computer nearby to hear the guided meditation.

Registration is required. You must register to receive the Zoom link.
Please note that this is a recurring program, and it will use the same link every time. You need not register for each session if you have attended before.

This class complements the weekly Zen Meditation on Saturdays at 10am. It is a practitioner-led class for those interested in exploring Zen practice. This group meets in person at the Library on the first Saturday of the month and on Zoom on other Saturdays. Please see our events calendar to register for a Zen Meditation session.
